3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless specified otherwise in a custom enterprise contract:

Upon full settlement of final invoices, full ownership of custom source code and project deliverables transfers to the Client.
TEXAGIG-IT retains ownership of pre-existing core frameworks, open-source libraries, and general reusable tools.
Client branding and proprietary business data remain 100% owned by the Client.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, entering into a statement of work (SOW), or utilizing any services provided by TEXAGIG-IT Solutions ("Company", "we", "our"), you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Engineering & Services Scope

We specialize in custom web application engineering, microservices architecture, mobile applications, UI/UX product design, and digital growth marketing. All project timelines and deliverables are outlined in mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or sprint contracts.

4. Payment & Invoicing Terms

Milestone PaymentsInvoices are issued based on agreed project sprint milestones.

Payment PeriodStandard payment terms are net 7 days from invoice date.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEXAGIG-IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, hosting provider outages, or unauthorized third-party system breaches beyond our direct control.
